With three decades of experience in administration, retail, hospitality, and tourism management, I've always found myself gravitating towards marketing, regardless of my official job title.

Today, I focus on helping businesses develop and implement meaningful and consistent marketing that genuinely represents them and their business. I call it telling your story, your way.

In 2014 my life changed when I was invited to lead the Toowoomba office of a boutique marketing agency.

My real-world experience meant the business owner saw something in me - trusting that I had the skills to manage her team, care for her clients, and help the business thrive.

When I purchased the agency from her in 2017, Consult & Pepper was born!

I’m incredibly proud that several of my clients are still working with me now, 8 years later.

What I now know as my greatest strength is the genuine relationships I build with my clients. Being immersed in my clients' businesses allows me to develop a deep understanding of their brand and culture, ensuring that every piece of work I produce reflects their identity and purpose with consistency and quality, no matter the industry.
